Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC and a Private Equity Investor Acquire Cortez Plaza Apartments in Bradenton, Florida
Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC (“Michaelson”) and a private equity investor have acquired Cortez Plaza Apartments, an 84-unit multi-housing community, located at 4507 9th Street in Bradenton, Florida. Built in 1974, Cortez Plaza features a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments in four different floor plans with an average size of 967 square feet. The community features fully equipped kitchens, walk-in closets, private patios/balconies, elevator access and hardwood laminate flooring
