Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC acquires a large commercial building in Green Cove Springs, Florida

Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC has acquired 424 and 426 Walnut Street, a 6,000 square foot building in Green Cove Springs, Florida.

Built in 1986, the two buildings are 3,000 square feet each that is located downtown Green Cove Springs in the Historic Downtown Area. This commercial asset is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, banking and schools.  It is convenient to a number of freshwater springs, including Green cove Springs and the St. Johns River.  The property also benefits from its prime location in proximity to Jacksonville, Tampa and Interstates 10 & I-95.

The property is scheduled to undergo $85,000 in capital improvements.  These improvements include refurbished or enhanced units, upgraded flooring and appliance replacement.
