Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC and a Private Equity Investor Acquire Carlyle at Waters Apartments in Tampa, Florida

Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC (“Michaelson”) and a private equity investor have acquired Carlyle at Waters Apartments, a 392-unit multihousing community in Tampa, Florida.  The asset enjoyed 92% occupancy at the time of purchase.

Built in 1985, Carlyle at Waters features a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments in seven different floor plans with an average size of 724 square feet.
