Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC and a private equity investor have acquired College Club Townhomes, a 136-unit, 544-bed pedestrian student housing community serving students from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Built in 2001, College Club features large four-bedroom/four-bathroom units.  On-site amenities include a social lounge with pool table, clubhouse, pool, sundeck, business center and state of the art fitness center.  Located on South Adams Street, less than one block from FAMU, the property benefits from its prime location in proximity to the campus and the students’ preferred dining and gathering spots.  The property is also located near downtown Tallahassee and the Southgate entertainment district, which serves as the entertainment destination for Florida State University and FAMU students.

The property recently underwent $1 million in capital improvements.  These improvements include common area furniture, fitness center equipment, internet upgrades, exterior painting, and select furniture, flooring and appliance replacement.
