Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC (“Michaelson”) and a private equity investor have acquired Cortez Plaza Apartments, an 84-unit multi-housing community, located at 4507 9th Street in Bradenton, Florida.

Built in 1974, Cortez Plaza features a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments in four different floor plans with an average size of 967 square feet. The community features fully equipped kitchens, walk-in closets, private patios/balconies, elevator access and hardwood laminate flooring in select units. On-site amenities include swimming pool with sun deck, clubhouse with media room and café, dog walk area and community laundry facility.

Located in Manatee County, an hour south of Tampa, Cortez Plaza is situated in Bradenton’s business district with easy access to US-301, US 41 and I-75. It is also located near numerous outdoor recreational opportunities including some of the best beaches in North America, boating, fishing and recreational trails. Cortez Plaza is also within walking distance to many shopping centers, boutiques and fine restaurants.
