Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC and a private equity investor acquire Royal Springs Apartments in Orlando, Florida

Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC (“Michaelson”) and a private equity investor have acquired Royal Springs Apartments, a 151-unit multihousing community in Orlando, Florida. The asset enjoyed 97% occupancy at the time of purchase.

Orlando is known for adventure and its proximity to world-famous theme parks. Royal Springs is located at 1717 Holden Avenue, Orlando, Florida, just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and Sea World Orlando. The property has convenient access to Interstate 4, US 441 and the Lynx bus lines. Royal Springs is an easy driving distance from Downtown Orlando and many major Central Florida employers including Adventist Health System (Florida Hospital), Publix Super Markets, Inc. and Orlando Health. Major retail in the surrounding area includes Publix, Lowes and Wal-Mart Supercenter.

Built in 1971, Royal Springs features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in four different floor plans with fully equipped kitchens, large closets, beautiful decor, carpeted/upgraded vinyl floors and private balcony/porches.
