Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC and Manor Management, LLC have acquired Crown Mill Lofts, a 66-unit luxury multifamily community in Dalton, Georgia.

Crown Cotton Mill, which dates back to the 1880s, was Dalton’s first foray into the textile industry.  Reimagined in meticulous detail in 2010, it is now an apartment complex and shopping center that boasts one-of-a-kind historic loft living as unique as the people who live there.
