Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC and Private Equity Partners Purchase Escondido Village Apartments

Michaelson Real Estate Group today announced the purchase Escondido Village, a 388-unit multi-housing community located at 7226 Blanco Road, San Antonio, Texas.

Escondido Village is just minutes from The Rim, restaurants, amazing shopping, nighttime entertainment, banking and schools and a short drive to the University of Texas San Antonio, San Antonio International Airport, major sports events, art exhibitions, concerts, golf courses, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Escondido Village is also conveniently located near many major employers, including USAA, H-E-B, and Hulu’s new 60,000 square-foot space which is anticipated to bring 800 new jobs, sixty-five percent paying more than $50,000 a year, to the San Antonio area.
