Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC Chosen to Manage Camelot Gardens in Jacksonville, Florida

Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC has been selected by a private equity fund to provide full-service property management services to Camelot Gardens, a 692-unit multifamily residential community located in the Jacksonville Westside submarket.

The property is slated for a multi-million dollar renovation project to begin later this year. The property has on-site amenities that include three swimming pools, an outside fitness center, five playgrounds and a digital laundry center with WiFi.

Camelot is located at 1591 Lane Avenue South, in excellent proximity to large employment centers including Cecil Commerce Center, Westside Industrial Park and Amazon’s Westside Distribution Hub.
