Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC has been selected by a private equity fund to provide property management services to Park House Apartments, an 88-unit multifamily residential community located just outside beautiful downtown St. Petersburg.

Park House features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in five floorplans averaging close to 800 square feet.  On-site amenities include a sparkling swimming pool, sundeck, lounge area, reserved parking and a digital laundry center with WiFi.
