Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC chosen to manage North Washington Apartments

Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC has been selected by a private equity fund to
provide property management services to North Washington Apartments, a 119-unit
multi-housing community in Sarasota, Florida. This property enjoyed a 97% occupancy
at the time.

“This is a new relationship with this particular equity partner. We are very excited to

partner in it.” Built in 1970, North Washington features a mix of two and three bedroom apartments
with an average size of 645 square feet. All apartments feature private patios/balconies,

and laundry facility.

the Bayfront, and the area’s top spots for food and entertainment. It is also close to the
