Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC chosen to manage Timberfalls Apartments

Tampa, FL – May 10th, 2021

Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC has been selected by a private equity fund to
provide property management services to Timberfalls Apartments, a 184-unit multi-housing community in Tampa, Florida. This property enjoyed an 80% occupancy at the time.

Built in 1973, Timberfalls features a mix of one and two bedroom apartments with 705
square feet floor plans and 850 square feet floor plans available respectively. All
apartments feature private patios/balconies, full appliance packages, large walk-in
closets, and hardwood/vinyl and carpet floors. On-site amenities include gated access,
laundry facilities, a courtyard/playground, a clubhouse, and sparkling pool.
Timberfalls is conveniently located just minutes away from Downtown Tampa. It
benefits from its prime location near Interstates 275, 92, 4, and 75. As a result, it has
